What this covers
This policy covers chartingdecoded.com and the digital products sold through it, including the Trading the Levels Indicator Pack. It does not cover Amazon, Ko-fi, Creem, or any other third-party site you're redirected to in order to complete a purchase — each of those has its own privacy policy, which governs the information you give them directly.
Information collected
This site itself does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not operate its own checkout.
When you buy a product, payment and checkout are handled entirely by our payment processor (currently Ko-fi and/or Creem). They collect what's needed to process payment and deliver your files — typically your email address and payment details — and share only the minimum with us needed to fulfill the order and provide support (your email address and order details).
If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence to answer your question and for our own records.
How information is used
- To deliver the digital product you purchased
- To respond to support or contact requests
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third parties
Payment processing and file delivery are handled by our payment processor(s), not by us directly. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard request data (such as IP address) as part of serving the font files. We don't control what these third parties do with data beyond what they disclose in their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. Some information (such as records needed for tax purposes) may need to be retained regardless of a deletion request, as required by law.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
