These terms apply to the digital products sold from chartingdecoded.com, including the Trading the Levels Indicator Pack ($44). Book purchases made through Amazon are governed by Amazon's own terms, not these.
Delivery
The Indicator Pack is delivered instantly after payment, through our payment processor. There is no manual fulfillment step and no shipping — you'll have access to the files as soon as checkout completes.
Refunds and cancellations
Because this is an instant digital download, all sales are final once the files have been delivered. If the files are missing, corrupted, or genuinely incompatible with TradingView, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll sort it out — either a fix or a refund. Refunds are not offered for change of mind after the files have been accessed.
License
Purchasing the Indicator Pack grants you a personal-use license to:
- Install and use the indicators on your own TradingView charts
- Refer to the manual for your own trading
This license does not permit you to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with anyone else
- Modify the script and resell or redistribute the modified version
- Publish the source code publicly
